Removing all of the children's items and keeping the Sellers lovely dining table minus 2 chairs. Using simple place settings at the table creates a wide-open space. The dining room opens to the kitchen on the right but is not shown in these photos

Cleaner style
Removing the top half of the hutch left the bottom half to be used as a sideboard. Removing the tablecloth and extra chairs expanded the space visually. The old living room furniture/drapes were removed and Simple Staging set the scene for any buyers life style.
